Refund Policy

Last updated: May 20, 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases of Webend Creator subscriptions and add-ons. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Merchant of Record

All purchases of Webend Creator are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for issuing refunds in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy, which is incorporated into this policy by reference.

By making a purchase, you agree that refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

How to request a refund

You may request a refund through either channel:

  • Paddle Buyer Portal: paddle.net — the canonical channel for refund and billing inquiries; Paddle processes refund requests directly.
  • Webend Creator support: hello@webendcreator.com — we can liaise with Paddle on your behalf.

Free trial

Webend Creator includes a 14-day free trial of the plan you select. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your workspace automatically transitions to the Free plan — no action needed, no charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page within your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Local consumer protection rights

Where local consumer protection laws (e.g., EU consumer rights, UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, US state-specific protections) provide you with additional or non-waivable refund rights, those rights apply in addition to Paddle's policy. The most protective applicable rule applies.
